SMILESCAPE was founded on the belief that dentistry should feel honest, unhurried, and genuinely personal. Dr. Pegah Pourrahimi founded SMILESCAPE in 2014 with the belief that patients should experience a concierge approach to dentistry. In her mind, dentistry needed to be refocused so it could feel approachable, comfortable, and safe again for patients. She wanted patients to feel less fearful of the dentist through connection, patient education, and trust. SMILESCAPE is where you can experience the synergy of the mouth, mind, and body at every appointment.

Dr. Pegah Pourrahimi
Dr. Pegah Pourrahimi believes dentistry is the perfect intersection of art, science, and human connection. She earned her undergraduate degree from UCLA before completing her dental education at the UCSF School of Dentistry, one of the nation’s leading dental institutions.
Committed to continually advancing her clinical expertise, Dr. Pourrahimi completed a full-year implant fellowship through the American Academy of Implant Dentistry and has pursued extensive continuing education in cosmetic dentistry, Invisalign, and comprehensive restorative care. Her broad training allows her to approach each case with both technical precision and an eye for the details that make a smile feel natural, balanced, and uniquely suited to the patient.
At the heart of her approach is a commitment to thoughtful, highly personalized care. Dr. Pourrahimi takes the time to understand each patient’s needs, explain findings clearly, and develop treatment recommendations with long-term health and confidence in mind. She believes exceptional dentistry is not only about the result, but also about creating an experience rooted in trust, education, and genuine connection.

Your first visit is designed to give us the time to understand your needs, evaluate your oral health, and make sure you feel comfortable with every step of your care.
The experience
During your appointment, our team will gather any necessary records, x-rays, and digital scans before completing a comprehensive evaluation of your teeth, gums, bite, and overall oral health. We’ll review our findings with you, answer your questions, and discuss treatment recommendations in a clear and thoughtful way.
Before you leave, our team will also review any applicable insurance benefits, treatment costs, and financing options so you know what to expect moving forward.

Our iTero scanner creates a detailed 3D view of your teeth and bite without traditional impressions. These digital images allow our team to evaluate your smile more closely and walk you through what we see.
Smile simulation
For patients considering Invisalign, digital smile simulation technology can offer a preview of how your smile may change with treatment and help make the planning process more visual and personalized.
Noise-cancelling headphones
Noise-cancelling headphones are available to help minimize the sounds of the dental office, so you can settle in, watch a movie, or listen to your favorite music while enjoying a quieter, more relaxing experience during treatment.
